Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within one business day — Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed over weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. During periods of high demand or special promotions, processing times may extend slightly, but we’ll always keep you updated.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates
We work with reliable and trusted carriers to ensure your order is delivered safely and on schedule:
Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days within the contiguous U.S.
Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days (available at checkout for an additional cost)
Delivery times are based on carrier estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, distance, or unforeseen delays.
Shipping Coverage
We proudly ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, as well as APO/FPO military addresses.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing the carrier information, tracking number, and a direct link to monitor your package in real time.
Risk of Loss and Title
All orders are shipped FOB shipping point, meaning risk of loss transfers to you once the carrier takes possession of the package. Once marked as “delivered” by the carrier, your order is considered complete.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If your order appears lost, delayed, or missing, please:
Double-check your shipping address used at checkout.
Confirm with neighbors or household members in case the package was received on your behalf.
Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
If the issue persists, email us at support@jolhighfashion.com within seven (7) business days of the expected delivery date, and our team will assist with an investigation.
For stolen packages, we recommend filing a claim directly with the carrier. While replacements are not guaranteed, we’ll do everything we can to support you.
Incorrect Address Policy
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll notify you promptly. You can choose to have the package resent (additional shipping charges may apply) or request a refund (minus original shipping costs).
Multiple Shipments
For large or multi-item orders, products may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery. You’ll receive individual tracking details for each shipment.
